Readings and reading lists: Finding resources on your reading list

How to access reading lists via Canvas

In each reading list, there are links in blue which will take you to an online version of the relevant resource, if tone is available.

Any words in orange on the reading lists are to help you find a physical copy in the library. Mostly, these give details of the classification of the book. You can download or print off the interactive list and bring it in to the library, so you can find the book on the shelves or ask a librarian to help you find it.

The screenshot below is from Canvas. Both books have classifications in purple, showing they are available in physical form in the library. One book also has its title in blue, showing it is also available as an e-book.

Some readings are not displayed as part of lists, but accessible under each week directly from the Modules screen for each course on Canvas.

We purchase at least one copy of all books which are required reading. If suggested reading material is not available in the SIA library, you can find it in another library using Library Hub Discover
