Useful libraries include:

• iniva small, specialist library which may have a few books unavailable elsewhere.  Not included in Library Hub Discover. Very close to Tate Britain
• National Art Library at the V&A
• British Library one of the three largest libraries in the world
• SOAS excellent collection; only three free visits possible each year
• Tate Library at Tate Britain
• University of the Arts London  only admits visitors to consult books unavailable elsewhere. 

WorldCat will find you books in other libraries worldwide.  Coverage is uneven; e.g. there are some major African cities with no libraries included.
