There are two things you can do to maximise the number of citations Summon shows you. Firstly, log in to Summon. After running a search, you may see this Off Campus? message appear above the search box on the results page:
Click on the message to log in.
Secondly, on the left-hand side of the page, choose the filter Add results beyond your library's collection:
