UK-based organisation which aims to promote awareness of art law. They have a well-informed and up-to-date blog, reporting and commenting on stories from many countries, though with an emphasis on the UK.

UK Legislation 
Gives the full text of all UK legislation including jurisdiction and subsequent amendments.

 

British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) 
Provides free access to some (but not all) UK and Irish case law. It also includes judgments from the House of Lords, the Court of Appeal and the High Court.

 

HMRC (Inland Revenue) 
The website has a range of helpful pages, including a list of tax-exempt artworks in UK museums and galleries. There is also a page about importing art.

 

Lexology 
Includes a guide to key terms in art law, for the UK and EU. Some content is behind a paywall.

 

Sotheby's: Tax, Heritage and UK Museums
