Would you like to listen to your readings?  This guide presents some of the options.

If read-aloud functionality is helpful to you because of a sensory impairment, a specific learning difficulty or neurodiversity, you may want to access further advice and support. The best read-aloud option varies according to the platform which hosts each reading. So the first thing to do, when following a link from Canvas or the Summon search engine, is to identify the platform you have landed on:

  If you see this small logo near the top right-hand corner of the screen, you have arrived in Kortext. Go to Kortext read aloud instructions

  If you see this logo, you have arrived in JSTOR. Go to JSTOR read aloud instructions

  If you see this logo, you are in EBSCO. Go to EBSCO read aloud instructions
